Nice saddle used maybe 6-8 times and has been sitting in a saddle bag in our basement since we sold the horse it was used on. No longer showing so the saddle just sits. Paid over $2500 new with matching breast collar. Below is NRS discription of this saddle.
The NRS Ranch Cutter is a super all-around type saddle that is great for training horses, turning back, all day riding, and even roping. The saddle is basically a cutting saddle with a nice flat ground seat that sits narrow but is reinforced enough through the bars of the tree that you can rope out of it, which is why we put a dally horn on it. The saddle is double rigged for extra strength needed for roping, but has free-swinging fenders that allow you to really sit back in the saddle and get your feet out in front of you. This is more comfortable and is also useful when training. The Ranch Cutter is made from the finest Hermann Oak skirting leather, is dark oiled, has 6 sets of latigo saddle strings, stainless hardware, 100% sheepskin lined skirts, latigo tie straps, a 4" NRS flank cinch, and aluminum oxbow stirrups covered in rawhide. The classic 1/2 breed stamp style with the traditional basket stamp makes this a very attractive saddle. We have added the leg cut skirts for a closer feel and better leg contact.
